Services Offered

I utilize an integrative approach, which I tailor to each client through blending different theoretical orientations and techniques. My goal is to assist each client in reaching their goals in an individualized manner. My main theoretical orientation is control mastery theory which marries psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral theories. I also incorporate dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, interpersonal therapy and schema therapy.
Additionally, I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for the treatment of PTSD.
